I missed the Open Enrollment Period -- can I still buy health insurance?

Yes you can still buy a qualified health insurance plan, but only if you meet the requirements for the Special Enrollment Period.  This means that you must have lost your employer coverage, moved to a new location, had a substantial change of income, experience birth of a new child or were divorced.  There are other possible ways to be eligible.  Check the full list here.
